Tachov – Republic Square

The historic Republic Square in Tachov has undergone a complete renovation after decades, restoring its original appearance. New stone paving, street furniture, and greenery have replaced the old surfaces, bringing back a welcoming space for residents to gather. The centerpiece of the square is once again the Marian Column — a replica of the original from 1732 — highlighting the historical character of this place.
